I went in for the 1st time ever after looking up tattoo supplies last night. Soon as I walked in the atmosphere was pure energetic, people talking and getting consultations, the front desk guys were way cool , they saw me looking pure lost and immediately asked how I was doing g and what I was in for ... I explained and they told me where to go , the customer service just with them was awesome because they didnt just shoo me away they actually wanted to know what I was looking for , I walked up and as ihit the top step the lady who was operating the supply part asked how can I help you ,anything in particular...?? I said I was looking for fake skin before I could tell her skin we were walking to where they were I asked for the stencil paper and she gave me the options, as I looked around I asked about the pen machines and she didnt hesitate to answer in detail about each pen style machine they had and price , I will be back for all my supplies hands down, the best experience in a tattoo shop !!!!!
