So, I got my eyebrow piercing here and got it resized when I was supposed to. Couple days after I accidentally got pool water (totally my fault) and it got irritated and developed a bump. I had it for months, even went to the dermatologist and they gave me steroid shots, though it was just temporary help. My jewelry had came out and I needed it changed so I decided I will go to my piercer here at this shop and see what they say about the bump. Jaydn was my piercer throughout this whole journey, and had told me he was going to pop my bump and changed the jewelry. I decided im desperate let’s do it. Afterwords I came to the knowledge that it is very unprofessional to pop any irritation bump. After I noticed it looked very much drained and better, though my piercing looked somehow straightened? Now this was weird because before I had came it was perfect to my arch, but now the left overs of the irritation bump sit on top of my jewelry ball not next to, what does this mean? He stuck my new jewelry through my popped bump. Now the bump is healing for NOW, and I have decided to take the jewelry out and rather take my chances as it seemed to look even more shallow in my skin. It’s a 50/50 going here for a piercing, I wouldn’t risk it. Also mean staff, they never look like they’re having a good day ngl.

I got my nose pierced here today and the entire experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend booking an appointment, but they take walk-ins too. Jayd’n was incredible — calm, professional, and super reassuring. He walked me through every single step, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and had me done in no time. I also loved that I got to choose the exact nose ring I wanted. Rachel at the front desk was just as awesome. She was warm, welcoming, and had everything ready to go. She answered all my questions and made the whole process feel easy. The shop was clean and all instruments used came in sterile packaging. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, this is absolutely the place to go. I’ll 100% be coming back for my next one!

I got an Anti-eyebrow piercing and I love it! My piercer was Jayd'n, he was very kind and gentle. I was definitely expecting it to hurt a lot more but it went by really fast and didnt hurt, it was a good and very calm experience. The studio was also very comfortable 😌
