I had a great experience at Rowan!! I went with a friend to get a new piercing and although it was busy when we got there the staff was very attentive and they made us feel well taken care of. MICK WAS AMAZING!! She was so nice and - no lie - had some of the softest hands I’ve ever felt 😂 She walked us through the entire process and made she we felt comfortable with the location of our piercing before she did it. I got a second helix (the one below the hoop) and they installed a new hidden helix piercing (which was pierced at a different shop). Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

I had Device Piercing here with Certified nurse Stephanie. She was very patient and helpful. Stephanie helped find 3 open tunnel, and did one device piercing. Those were beyond my expectations since I was thinking to get new piercings just because previous were blocked. So happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Faith was absolutely amazing when piercing my helix and conch tonight! I walked in and immediately got helped! I wasn’t sure exactly where I wanted my helix placed and she marked out different spots on my ear so I could see where I would like it best! After the first piercing I did get a blood sugar drop and when I tell you the kindness she showed to me! She got me juice and ice packs and allowed me to take my time and feel better and made sure that I would be okay before continuing to perform my second piercing. I will absolutely recommend going here to get your ears pierced! The difference of “bedside manner” here compared to a tattoo shop is absolutely the best experience ever! If you go ask for Faith!
