Habitual Ink Casselberry

I wanted to go somewhere to get my daughters’ ear pierced and to also get the rook piercing for myself. This place did not disappoint. Chris did an amazing job making sure that both my daughter and I were comfortable the entire time. He was very detailed with the placement of the piercings, thorough with the explanation of how the process went, and ensured he received our approval within each step of the process. He truly made the experience a great one with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor. Although I didn’t speak much with the other staff there, everyone had a smile on their face which makes this place feel so welcoming. We love our piercing's, and when we decide to get more we definitely will be back. Highly recommend this place.

Took my daughters to get their ears re-pierced and had a fantastic experience. It turned out that some of their piercings were only partially closed, so only one ear needed to be re-pierced. Chris is very kind and friendly. He is detail oriented, he explained everything thoroughly and double checked every step with me before proceeding. He also went into great detail about aftercare and gave us excellent tips, I wish I had known them in the past. The shop is very clean and Chris is meticulous. He truly went above and beyond and most importantly, he was amazing with the kids and put them at ease, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience here with Chris. Not only was Habitual Ink clean (they wore masks and gloves, even their bathroom was clean), but they were all very nice. Chris treated my 14 year old daughter like his own and we appreciated that. He included us in the decision as to where the holes should go and if we were okay with placement before he did anything. He took very good care of our daughter. It's clear he has a passion for what he does and it shows through his patience, kindness, and his love for art. Will definitely be coming back and referring Habitual Ink.
