I had a wonderful experience with Rowan Ear Piercing. The customer service was excellent, and as a first-time client, I felt very comfortable. The space was very clean and welcoming. I got my ears pierced twice—the tragus and a reopening of a lobe that had closed a few months ago. Ashley was my nurse both times, and she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and even helped style my ears beautifully. I love my new earrings and will definitely be back!
Nurse Q was fabulous! I wasn’t able to get the piercing I initially came in for and she accommodated by coming up with a great alternative. Love my flat piercing!!
