This was my second visit with Natyli, and once again, she was amazing! She is incredibly patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her advice was super helpful, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. My daughter (9) had such a great experience with her 1st ear piercing and post downsizing. Both our piercers were fantastic with her, appointment scheduling was easy, and felt comfortable with all the care instructions. I did a reasonable amount of research into the best/safest ear piercing options. Bespoke followed all the guidelines I was looking for and definitely earned our trust that her ears will continue to heal well.

I moved to Denver four years ago and I haven’t been able to find a good and reliable piercing shop….until today! Natyli was so sweet and helped me change out some of my jewelry. They have a great selection of beautiful and high quality pieces. The shop is clean and she was really delicate and careful with putting my jewelry back in. I went to a different shop in Aurora a few weeks ago to get jewelry taken out for an MRI, and they bent my septum ring in the process 🤦🏻‍♀️ Natyli knew what she was doing though and was able to fix it! Thank you Natyli for making my experience so great!
