Patchwork Tattoo

i won this tattoo in a giveaway — the actual experience of going in for the tattoo was good but i’m really disappointed in this line work + shading. i’ve tried to brush it off since i only gave a tip for the work (since it was a giveaway) and actually really love the design, but i take a lot of pride in the tattoos i have and this is just unfortunate :/

This is the best tattoo studio in Austin! I’ve gotten my favorite tattoos from El Rio in the past so I had to come see them in the new space. They are such a talented artist and I love how the piece turned out, as always. I felt supported in taking my time getting comfortable with the design and placement which can be hard to find! The atmosphere is very warm, clean, professional, and welcoming with the cutest decor. I also love the ethos behind the studio and that it’s cooperatively owned. Such amazing artists, a convenient location, and beautiful studio, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Vero was absolutely amazing! We walked in as a group of three on a girls trip, and she was so accommodating, patient, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made the entire experience feel fun, relaxed, and memorable instead of rushed. Her attention to detail is incredible, the line work is clean, precise, and exactly what we envisioned. She really listened to what each of us wanted and executed it flawlessly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her craft and about making her clients feel comfortable. If you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and kind, Vero is your girl. We’ll definitely be back!
