Pigment Tattoo and Laser Removal has been such an awesome experience beginning to end! After initially reaching out to a different tattoo shop that specialized in cover ups and getting an earful of condescending remarks about my design idea - I reached out to Pigment Tattoo and Laser Removal via email through the website and Jeremy responded quickly with great enthusiasm to help me get started on a cover-up piece. I had an old tattoo that was poorly thought out and executed and I wanted to cover it with a very meaningful piece. I was able to get in pretty quickly to check out the shop, have a consultation with Jeremy and get a single session of laser removal done with Mondo before getting started on the cover up. The shop is very inviting, adorned with some of the coolest artwork, comfortable seating and accommodations for customers and it is very clean. The experience with Mondo was great, the laser removal hurt a lot more than I expected it to but he was quick with it which made it much easier! Jeremy was everything you could want in an artist! Kind, professional, explained the entire process and pricing upfront, answered any questions I had and he was flexible and understanding of my busy schedule, trying to juggle work and 3 small children. I gave him some ideas of what I wanted for the cover-up and he knocked it out of the park! Absolutely brought it to life. And you can’t even tell it was a cover up. These photos I took, are not the greatest but they really highlight the skill Jeremy has. Let it be noted - the top halo part is still healing from our last session. I think my favorite thing about the shop is that you can tell, everyone who works together here is like a Work family. The camaraderie and team work here gives you a sense of ease in a setting that sometimes can feel overwhelming or chaotic. These artists are not only extremely talented and creative but they are so encouraging towards one another’s work and it’s a rarity to find that. My husband just got started working with Travis on a chest piece that is already coming together so beautifully! We have found our new tattoo shop here in Austin and couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to get started on some new pieces soon! ✨🤘🏼❤️

Five stars for Mondo… TRULY Laser tattoo removal isn’t the most exciting appointment, but Mondo makes it such a comfortable experience. He has years of experience and you can tell he really knows his craft. The office is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, homey vibe instead of feeling cold or corporate. What really stood out was the follow-up. He texted me that night with detailed aftercare instructions and checked in again the next day. That level of customer service is rare. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely cool, down-to-earth guy. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The experience here was great for me. The place feels clean and welcoming from the first steps in and only improves once you start talking with the people there. I worked with Jeremy Miller and he was professional and fun to be around. Better yet, he does excellent tattoo work. I will be going back. 10/10 would recommend.
