I asked for a septum ring with a cz gem and was quoted the base price for that. When I entered the room to have it placed, the wrong ring was in the cup. No problem, the piercer went to get the one I wanted. She puts it in and I go to pay. What never gets explained to me in the process is that there is a price difference for inserting a gem into a larger ring. It's twice the price. Everything else went fine, however, make sure you know exactly what you're paying for and why as the folks here may not make it clear to you until it's in your body.

I’ve been going to Shaman for years and have multiple piercings done by different piercers. All of my piercings done here healed faster and better, had better placement, and better service than the other shops I’ve been to. I went to the shop yesterday because I lost the last bit of jewelry I had in my labret. I’m a big time loser of things. I was lucky enough to finally have a moment with Pineapple! He was so kind and helpful in picking out and putting my new jewelry in. At this point I can’t even think of going anywhere else. I send everyone here and I think this place really sets the bar high.

I got a horizontal eyebrow piercing and I was so nervous about getting it. The piercer was super nice and you could definitely tell he was well experienced making it as painless as possible. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, probably the best piercing experience I've ever had and I've had a lot. I live far but will definitely make the drive for future piercings :)
