Shaky Needle Tattoo

Angel never finished my husbands tattoo. We live in San Antonio and went up to see him for a thigh piece. We had gotten there early in the morning and ended up leaving at 2 am. With barely anything done. This dude spent the whole day flirting with his “assistant”, ordering pizza and just wasting time. He took forever to begin and when he finally did he took forever to finish some squiggly lines. My husband had paid him in full and at the end angel ended up calling it quits. He mentioned that he would be coming down to San Antonio to finish the tattoo and never did. When my husband asked for some of his money back he was told that they don’t do returns. We were willing to pay for what he had done already but we couldn’t even get that. Paid $400 for just a few lines on his thigh. Honestly awful experience, don’t recommend him.
