Damian was so polite and very informative! I was a little nervous since I haven’t gotten pierced in over 5 years, and he was very kind and calming. Front desk was also super informative and friendly and helped me choose the best jewellery. Very clean shop and cozy atmosphere. My new mid nostril piercing looks so cute! Will definitely be coming back

I booked my appointment online to get my septum repierced, super easy! The receptionist (I forgot her name!!) Was friendly and professional. The shop was clean and the employees were chatting and happy! My piercer was Damian. He was amazing! Took his time sterilizing equipment, explained everything, chatted me through it. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop. You guys put jewlery in my septum and a smile on my face. Would highly recommend this shop!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! They really take such good care of you — zero judgment and no pressure at all. I came in as a walk-in, not knowing much about nose piercings, but they were so kind and reassuring. They explained what was happening just enough to make me comfortable without overdoing it, and even had me focus on my breathing, which really helped me relax. The whole experience was smooth and professional. They wrote everything down for aftercare and made sure I knew exactly what to do next. The piercing itself was quick with very little pain. Overall, I was so impressed — easily the best experience I could have asked for!
