I had a very disappointing experience at Human Production Gallery working with Ben. Throughout the process I felt he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I expressed concerns about the direction of the piece and the quality of the line work, I did so respectfully. However, his response was condescending and unhelpful. The line work on my tattoo was sloppy and inconsistent in several areas, and I did not feel confident continuing. Before my next scheduled session I reached out to discuss how we might adjust the design and improve the piece. Instead of working with me, he responded poorly and then canceled my remaining appointments. I ultimately went to another artist a few weeks later who cleaned up the line work, added depth, and helped bring the design together the way it should have been from the start. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Ben. I would suggest looking elsewhere for tattoo work.

Human Production Gallery is hands-down one of the best studios around. The vibe is awesome — super clean, relaxed, and creative. Lord Caktus is absolutely phenomenal. His attention to detail, steady hand, and ability to turn ideas into something even better than you imagined is unreal. Every session has been easy and fun, and the work speaks for itself. If you’re thinking about getting tattooed here, do it — you’ll be glad you did.

I just got my first tattoo. Ben did it! I can't tell you how happy I am! Ben was so nice and professional. Im thinking more tattoos in the future. Thanks so so much Ben!!!!!
