Ikon Tattoo and Body Piercing

The people working there were pretty cool, but didn’t disclose the price of the piercing beforehand, so I was under the impression that the piercing would be half the price that it actually was. Got it done yesterday and thought it would be part of the Friday the 13th deal because “nose” piercings were listed as $30. Ended up being charged $60, and my piercing is crooked. It hurt pretty bad because I had thicker cartilage, and I bled a decent bit after I left. Overall, a cool atmosphere, but I am upset with my experience and almost definitely won’t come back. Edit: Pretty sure you got me confused with a different customer, didn’t come in at the end of the night, and nothing was said about not doing any more non-traditional piercings when I came in. In fact, another customer who was there waiting while I got my piercing done was also getting a septum, after I had mine done. Also, why was the fact that it’s crooked not addressed by you in your response?

Jenelle was an amazing piercer. he made the entire time i was there he was amazing i had to stay a little longer than usual and he let me just sit on their couch and hang out while they talked to my boyfriend and got me watching. i would 100% go back

Josh was our piercer today, and was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he help me through my nerves, but he also helped me pick a placement and explained his thought process on the options. I also talked to him about future goals of repiercing my cartilage that I (thought) had closed almost 20 years ago, and he surprised me by being able to get an earring back in it without repiercing! My friends and I had an excellent experience today, and I'm so glad that I made the trip!
