My daughter was ready to get her 2nd earlobes done and Chase took such good care of her! Explained everything that was happening and was super patient. They had a notary in house which was so efficient. We had to come back in a week later because we had lost the front piece, and staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us situated. Definitely would come again for any of our piercing or tattoo needs. Love that they have a monthly flash deal!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TJ is amazing! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. TJ was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process and made sure I understood the aftercare instructions in detail. I felt comfortable, informed, and well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend TJ if you’re looking for a skilled piercer who truly cares about their clients.

Shop was super clean, staff were super fun to talk to, and I was able to walk-in and get beautifully placed/well done Bridge and Medusa piercings from Chase. She was super welcoming, super well informed, and worked really hard on finding the right placement. She also took my concerns super seriously and gave me an extra long post for my medusa- she didn't doubt that I knew my body. Overall, I would say I was concerned about going to a chain/mall tattoo parlor, and left with a COMPLETELY different opinion. Awesome shop.
