I called yesterday and spoke with Will, who took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and schedule me for jewelry removal the very next day for my MRI. They even accommodated me early in the morning so I wouldn’t have to miss work. who does that? They do! Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Matt, who was outstandingly professional and made both my aunt and me feel incredibly welcome. He quickly found the correct pieces and removed my jewelry, the entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free. He even invited me to return after my scans to have everything put back in. That level of customer service is truly unmatched. I will absolutely be recommending Pinup Shop going forward. Thank you for such an exceptional experience!

My grandmother passed away yesterday and today was really tough for me. I decided I wanted to get a tattoo in her honor so I took a recent birthday card and wanted her riding on my forearm. I seen really good reviews of Harmony so I didn’t even call. I just went up to the shop. She greeted me with a smile and took care of me on the spot. She has such a loving and warm energy. You can really tell she loves what she does and she puts her heart in it I had an amazing experience and she really took care of me today. Think good tunes, friendly faces, and a vibe that screams “we got this.” Harmony, the artist, is a gem; she’s got the kind of communication skills that make you feel like you’re plotting out your next masterpiece and she has your back through the whole thing. Her black and white line work? Chef’s kiss *mwa* crisp, clean, and so sharp it could cut through my insecurities. The shop’s spotless, that leaves me with just a tattoo and nothing else. For the price, the quality and care you get are a steal. It’s like finding a great burger joint that doesn’t skimp on the fries. Can’t complain when someone’s this passionate about their craft.
