I can’t say enough about Mason!! If I could give my guy 10 stars I would! Very clean lines and accurate gets the job done every time. The shop is very welcoming and inviting to everyone. Great work and reasonable prices!
Just wow. Was visiting Denton with my mother and two sisters for the 31 days of Halloween for our birthdays. We live pretty far (over 3 hours away) and were super excited to visit and check out the town for this event. We chose this tattoo location because it had a cool name and was relatively close to downtown. We wanted to get somewhat matching, memorable tattoos together. They had a special for $40 called flash tattoos, and we were outside checking out our options when a guy with thick glasses came out to ask how we were. We told him we were in town for the event and that it was our birthdays, he told us to let him know if we needed any help. Apparently while we were outside laughing and having a good time looking at possible options, the guy working there was making assumptions about us just because we were having a great time. He told my mother and sister (who stepped inside first to pay since they picked theirs already) that he was not going to serve us due to us being "inebriated". None of us drink!! News flash ignorant sir, you can have a good time without drinking!! I've never been insulted like this and accused of being drunk when I dont drink! I was super caught off guard when my 62 year old mother came outside and said we weren't able to get our tattoos. I chose not to confront the guy, but this is definitely not the type of people you want to do business with. I was shocked to say the least.
When we walked in I met Sophia who was very nice and welcoming. She was the person that was going to do my tattoo, which I was okay with, but when she didn’t tell me was that she was an apprentice… which if she would have told me before I was tattooed I probably still would have been okay with her doing it. Once the tattoo was done I liked its (luckily it was only a $40 glass tattoo… but only once it healed did I realize the lines are all different shades… so the tattoo looks really unprofessional. Makes me so sad because I really liked Sophia and enjoyed chatting with her, but I’m just really disappointed in how my tattoo looks after it’s healed.. 🤪 I would go back and ask them to fix it, but I like 4 1/2 hours away…. So just be careful…. 😭😭😭 I hate to say it but I REALLY regret getting it. And I will have to get it fixed or covered somewhere.
