Really happy with my new tattoo from Moolmit Tattoo. Chan Mi is a talented Korean artist residing in Buffalo with a talent for stippling. If you’re not familiar with the tattoo art coming out of Korea, check it out-what a great addition to Buffalo’s tattoo scene. Their studio is chic and tidy, great business complex location on Niagara St. My first professional “stick n poke” and it’s beautiful. The tattoo is of one the stone grandfather’s from the Korean island of Jeju, made out of porous volcanic rock, so really worked for the textured look.

I had an amazing experience at Moolmit Tattoo with Chanmi. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly welcome and safe. She was kind, thoughtful, and attentive, clearly passionate about her craft and making sure clients feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She even offered me a soda water or some tea! Her studio was beautifully set up and exceptionally clean. Chanmi maintained a high level of hygiene and professionalism the whole time, which helped me relax and enjoy the experience. The tattoo itself, a hand-poked frog and butterfly, was done with delicate precision. The stick and poke process takes patience and care, and Chanmi was efficient while still making sure every detail was perfect. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Plus it looks super cool and cute as a pencil doodle. As a bonus, I received a well-put-together aftercare kit with clear instructions and supplies to help my tattoo heal properly. It was a thoughtful touch that made everything feel complete. Highly recommend visiting Chanmi if you’re looking for a hand-poked tattoo in Buffalo. Her artistry, cleanliness, and overall vibe make for a fantastic experience. I know I’ll be going back for more!

Kind, talented, and detailed-oriented artist. The studio was so clean and cute. Worked with me to create my dream design. I would make the 3 hour drive all over for it. Thank you again!!!
