I had a tattoo here once before by one of the owners, and was very pleased. So I thought I'll get my next one there too. Except my artist called me 30 minutes before hand asking for a reschedule because her prior appointment was taking longer than expected. I'm fairly understanding so I rescheduled for the very next day. Again 1 hour before my appointment she texted to reschedule. Now I'm pissed. First you couldn't manage your workload or tell your current client they would have to come back and keep my original time and now it sounds like you just don't want my business. I picked this location, because I know their work and planned it around my daughter's ability to be there with me. I will be finding either another location or another artist. Disappointed.
