Took my 17yo daughter for an ear piercing. Called ahead of time to make sure no appointment was required and that it was for my daughter. Nothing was mentioned, 1st come 1st served. When we arrived, told she needed a photo id. I had her birth certificate on my phone but they needed a physical document or a photo. Both my wife and I were with her. They seemed annoyed we were there so We left and will find another place tomorrow. fyi, nothing on their website regarding this requirement.

No place else I would ever go for my tattoos. I have 10 now, most done by Bill, also 3 by Jessi and one by Harry. Highly professional and all turned out perfect. Easy scheduling and very flexible to all my needs, wants and changes in artwork. These guys are the real deal. Can not wait until the new building opens up this year!
