My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced, so we decided to do it. We searched on Google and found a place known for doing a great job—and this was the place. She was a little nervous, but the professional explained everything clearly and pierced her ears perfectly. They compared her face shape and chose the exact placement first, and I loved how it turned out. They also explained the aftercare very thoroughly. Super kind—100% satisfied.

We picked this shop for my daughters piercing based on the great reviews and we weren't disappointed. Brooke did a great job at explaining everything before the piercing (what to expect) and after in regards to aftercare. She also offered advice about placement, things to consider and think about. The price seemed very reasonable for the location, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff!

This place is amazing! I got my nose pierced at a different place last year but unfortunately it fell out and closed up. I really wanted to get it repierced so I decided to come back here because I got my ears pierced here when I was much younger. Brooke was amazing and talked me through all the different options for placement and jewelry. She was a very calming presence and when I got a little woozy after the piercing, she immediately got my feet up, a fan on, and brought me some water and a lollipop and I felt so much better. The care here was great and I’m so happy with the results!!
