Erik Dennis is an incredible tattoo artist and an even better human. From the first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable and heard. Clean work, amazing detail, and a great vibe in the shop. He really listens and turns your ideas into something even better than you imagined. We are working on a large piece and can’t wait to see the final masterpiece. He’s definitely my new go-to guy! The shop itself is gorgeous with the brick walls, always super clean, super friendly front desk girl and always feels warm and inviting …oh and theres a super cute shop dog that’ll make his way around to say hi ! I’ve been to several Denver shops for a few tattoos, and I’d have to say this is my new favorite shop .

I cannot recommend this shop enough. First, the whole place is a vibe, and everyone is ridiculously friendly. It's the ideal place for your first or your 50th tattoo. Second, the talent of each artist is off the charts. The attached picture is a cover up (seriously) that Matt S. did for me. It is one of several tattoos he has done for me, and his work is absolute perfection. Ian E. has done black and white work for my wife, and his artwork is gorgeous. Please, make a good decision ... call Think Tank South and set an appointment. They will take exceptionally good care of you, and your tattoo will amazing.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting tattooed by Erik at Think Tank, and honestly, I’m still kind of shocked it all worked out the way it did—in the best way possible. Knowing the reputation of this shop, I figured there was no chance I’d walk in on a Monday and somehow end up with a full leg piece by Tuesday from a seasoned, professional artist. Yet… here we are. Erik is the kind of artist who instantly makes you feel welcome and comfortable—no ego, no weird vibes, just good energy and real talent. I came in with an idea, and he took the time to actually listen, then turned it into something beautiful, meaningful, and completely one of a kind. The piece represents both me and my newfound sobriety, so it was big in every sense of the word—physically and personally. Erik treated it with the care and respect it deserved, taking his time with every single line. His pricing was fair, clear, and straightforward—no games, no surprises. Honestly, just trust him. Give him the artistic freedom he deserves and enjoy his incredibly light hand. I never thought I’d be able to sit for eight hours, but somehow it was comfortable, fun, and had me questioning every tattoo I’ve ever gotten before. Turns out they may have all been done wrong 😅.
