Line & Lore Studio

Lindsey at Line+Lore is an absolutely incredible artist and that talent translates beautifully into tattoo work. She is detail-oriented, incredibly thoughtful, and has an unreal ability to take your idea and turn it into exactly what you envisioned (but so much better). My friend and I visited her for very specific, VERY sentimental FRIEND (pun intended) tattoos and could not be happier with our experience. The studio itself is on another level. Hands down the coziest, most beautiful space I’ve been in in a long time, not just for tattoo shops, but compared to any space. It feels warm, intentional, and immediately calming the second you walk in. As far as tattoo shops go, this is the most welcoming, comfortable, and inviting environment I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been in MANY. I felt completely safe the entire time, both in the space and in Lindsey’s care. She gave us multiple options for size and placement, walked us through everything, and made sure we were 100% happy before moving forward. There was absolutely zero pressure and it was clear that her only goal was making sure we loved the final result. On top of all that, Lindsey is amazing at educating you through the process and setting clear expectations for healing and future sessions. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. 10/10 recommend!

Aimee is THE BEST! She was so communicative through the booking process and I could tell she really cared about what my vision was! She even sent me a preview of the drawn up tattoos beforehand so I could make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She listened to my response and helped curate the perfect tattoos for me. As soon as i walked into the studio, I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Aimee is so easy to talk to and has the perfect attention to detail. She printed out multiple sizes of the stencils and we stood in the mirror and played around with different placements until we found the perfect spots. The tattooing process was honestly so relaxing and she talked me through what she was doing and kept reminding me to let her know if I needed any breaks. The end results are even better than I expected and I’m so so happy that I chose line and lore!! Thank you Aimee for an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be back!!

My sister and I booked an appointment with Lindsey to get matching tattoos last week and were blown away by how beautiful and cozy the shop is. Peaceful, calming and so welcoming. Lindsey was so kind and answered every question we had. Her line-work is out of this world! So delicate and dainty! She had everything ready and made sure we were pleased with the placement. She checked we were ok to start, checked midway that we were still doing alright and was just so nice and calming. Made sure we knew how to take care of the tattoo afterwards and gave us some healing balm to take with us. Overall it was a perfect experience and we left super excited over our new matching ink. So excited to finally find a true fine line artist here in Charleston. Thank you again for the experience and the tattoos 💛 we will be back.
