Sam is so amazing! She truly takes her time and listens to your wants and needs. She is very thorough. I have never felt like she rushed a tattoo. She’s so detailed and fun to talk with! I had the best experience with Sam for my first tattoo in Charlotte. I honestly can say that it was my most comfortable experience being tattooed ever.
