★★★★★ I absolutely love my tattoos from **Grey Ash Tattoo Studio**, but what truly sets this studio apart is the customer service. **Kyle** is incredibly personable and has built a thoughtful, professional business from top to bottom—clear communication, easy scheduling, and a smooth payment process. The complimentary snacks and drinks, plus a goodie bag with lotion, soap, and stickers, were a great touch. Free touch-ups and consistent, high-quality work show how much pride he takes in his craft. Kyle is collaborative, caring, and meticulous about design, placement, and execution. His experience is evident, his style is unique and beautiful, and this is the only place I’ll go for tattoos moving forward.

Over all the experience with the Grey Ash was terrific! From the scheduling of my appointment, and response time by Courtney. To the design process and collaboration with Kyle. Nothing short of extraordinary, it seems like Kyle and Courtney really care about their clients, and try very hard to make sure that comes through in every step of the process! I knew that I would be super pleased with my tattoo, because obviously Kyle was doing it, and if you take any amount of time to go over his portfolio you instantly know the caliber of tattoo and art you're getting! I can honestly say on the back end of it, now that my piece is completed, I am happier than I could have ever possibly imagined with how it turned out I am thrilled to have this piece of art on me!

I came to Kyle for my first tattoo in a number of years and had a great experience from start to finish. He is exceptionally kind and professional as well as a talented artist and quick but meticulous tattooer! The studio is clean and welcoming. Truly cannot recommend Kyle and The Grey Ash enough. I can’t wait to come back for more work!
