Best place I’ve ever been to.. great customer service and the absolute best prices around. Will not take my money anywhere else..

Had a great experience at this shop getting my 14 year old’s nose pierced and later coming back for her belly button. This shop came recommended to us from another mama we trust, and so glad we did. We drive all the way up from Florence KY, passed a LOT of piercing shops on the way, but will do so every time for this professionalism and experience. I have now recommended that several other mamas use this shop also.

Unfortunately, this was a very unprofessional experience. My friend and I made appointments and paid our deposits. Shortly afterward, we realized we needed to reschedule. I reached out to the shop owner via text, and she instructed me to email the reschedule details. I did so and also followed up by text. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, we showed up to the shop during posted business hours and found it completely closed. Calls went unanswered, and we received an automated text stating she was out of town, despite being available when the appointments were booked. After multiple attempts to contact her, she eventually responded and claimed the appointment was not confirmed because it was never finalized via email. I asked if this was due to her not responding to the email, and at that point decided to simply request a refund of our deposits. She stated she would refund them — but the money was never returned. I followed up several times by phone and text and received no response. I’ve been to this shop before and previously gave it a chance despite the rough area because of the fair prices. However, the lack of communication, closed shop during posted hours, and failure to return deposits is unacceptable. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for, or in this case, you pay a deposit and get nothing in return. I would not recommend booking with this shop.
