Soupy is the best and most humble/laid back tattoo artist in Cleveland I highly recommend ! I sent multiple people to him from mental health issues to family and they had the best words to say . He’s fast he’s family oriented and always reasonable ! He shouldn’t b leaving Cleveland we need him
