The shop as a whole is welcoming. I feel seen when I come here as well. I now have had two piercings done, and am working on a tattoo now. Julz and Ahz are wonderful. You cannot not laugh and have a good time, and the care there also provide is also top tier. Definitely will keep coming back 🩷

Absolutely obsessed with my tattoo! Azzy was the artist she is the best! The detail, precision, and overall vibe were top-tier. Super professional, super talented, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

i wish i didn’t have to give 1 star. if i could give zero i would. i came to supremacy after calling earlier to make sure that they offered piercing services and to see about their friday the 13th deal. the girl i spoke with gave me the green light to come that they do intact do piercings and were having a deal. by the time i arrived(i ubered.) the piercer was apparently gone? i’m assuming she left due to things being slow maybe. so the front desk scheduled me for the next day at 11 am. which was fine. i basically waisted money on an uber but it was fine cause we scheduled an appointment right? now keep in mind the shop opens at 10. once again i ubered back i arrived at 11 and no one was there… i called eventually someone answered saying that someone was supposed to be there. i told her no one was there and i was standing outside alone. she said she would call the tattoo artist so that i could atleast be let inside to wait and she would call me back. she never called me back i ended up finding another shop to do my piercings. divine image ink tattoo & piercings in parma. they were quick professional and most importantly they were actually there to do their job. as for supremacy, very disappointed. wont be back again.
