Came in for a septum piercing for my daughter and walked out with a tattoo, along with my other 2 daughters! Lucas was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He is not heavy handed, he recommended shading and I went with it. He even added the “A’s” in it for me. Everyone in there was so friendly and the prices were perfect! You pay for what you get and it showed! Well spent money on piercings and tattoos…customer was service was added on! Top tier…HIGHLY recommend

On Sept 1st I visited for a septum, a conch on my left ear, and a second piercing on my right ear. Great service from the front desk and very affordable rate. However, the work of my piercer Taneesha was not great. She did my septum just fine, but her placement of my conch piercing was absolutely horrific. she pierced my conch diagonally, the piercing way too close to the back of my ear. She also ignored my wishes for my second ear piercing--- I had asked her to position it higher and she didnt. The image below shows the backside of my ear, where the conch piercing emerges. The next image is of my second ear piercing. I put the same earrings in both holes and you can see that the second piercing is lower than the first, which I had expressly told her I didn't want. Due to her errors Ive had to remove both piercings and let them heal over. I plan to repierce them, but definitely not here again with her.

Its been 2 years since I got my tattoo here and I wanted to wait until I had a couple more tattoos to rate. Well... I got my first ever tattoo done with Justin. I scheduled it a month in advanced and got a call, day of, as I was ready to walk out my door and drive the 40 minutes. The call was basically "Justin is working on this really cool tiger back piece he did as a walk-in and just really wanted to finish it before your session, could we push it back 2 hours?" Now, my first tattoo was important to me, I was covering up self harm scars and other scars I had from an abusive relationship with basically my equivalent of a Medusa tattoo. I was terrified if I said no, I would have to reschedule, so I agreed. I get there at the now scheduled time which was 2 hours later and Justin decided he wanted to go on break right as my appointment started. Fine, he will be back shortly, right. The break was 45 minutes. He stenciled me, I asked to move it, he said the skin on my arm moves so it will never be centered, I kinda just said, I understand, and he never moved it. Oh well, I was too shy at the time to really speak up, thats on me. The tattoo took like... 30 minutes??? 45 maybe? I tried to make conversation half the time but all of Justin's responses were pretty pompous, like "well when you get as good as me-" The tattoo on my forearm is crooked. Like. Not in the sense that a "twist tattoo" is crooked, like other tattoo artists have asked me why it was placed like that crooked. Luckily the experience has become something me and other artists who have tattooed me make fun of. I had to get some lines finished elsewhere because they lifted after my session eith Justin. I want to add at the end that the only reason I drove so far to get a tattoo here is all of my friends recommended this place, none of them had Justin as their artist and had an amazing session. I was just recommended to Justin as he did a bit of anime work and I wanted an "anime" (realistic game) weapon.
