I brought my niece in to get a tattoo and had him finish up someone else's work on me. The piece I had finished was a memorial tattoo for my brother and Scotty made it beautiful! He went above and beyond what I expected. He also did a beautiful piece on my niece! His shop was comfortable and welcoming. Very clean and he was very careful and took lots of precautions for our safety. He explained the after care and importance of everything to us. We will definitely be going back soon!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent service I received. Initially, I contacted the artist to inquire about completing a honeycomb sleeve filling in some empty honeycombs, red , and after agreeing on a price, I arrived to find the shop closed. So I had to drive around, finding the correct location. The artist ultimately worked out of his home. During the procedure, I experienced significant discomfort due to the artist's heavy-handed technique, which resulted in extreme trauma, skin splitting, and a infection that required medical attention and prescription medication. When I requested a refund, citing the trauma and damage caused, along with him going out of the lines and into other artwork with the red ink, the artist declined, stating he would most definitely not refund me so I could forget about that and implied that I had pre-existing wounds. However, I have photographic evidence of the area before and after the procedure, which clearly shows the damage caused by the artist's work. Furthermore, the artist's work deviated from the agreed design, and he damaged adjacent artwork which I need to pay to now get fixed . I am disappointed in the artist's unprofessional response and refusal to take responsibility for the harm caused. edit: I would like to clarify some things you knew that I just got a tattoo previously the day before and second Neither I or my daughter came in with any drinks. We in fact, left our coffee in the vehicle We did not set anything down on the Ground in fact, I even asked you if I can set my purse and phone on your table. Also, may I add you got me a cup of water which was the only drink I had And you then set it on your table next to me. Nothing was set on the floor. I think you have me mixed up with another customer. i’m sorry that you think my previous work was poor. All I wanted was red ink filled in the empty spaces. as to my daughter, not wanting to get tattooed through your shop or by you, that was her decision, and you made her feel awful for not wanting to get tattooed there you lectured her for about a good 10 to 15 minutes, which made her even more uncomfortable she felt more comfortable with a female which by the way did some really amazing work Anyway, thank you so much for your time and your response and I hope you have a wonderful day
