Artists take liberties that they shouldn't without asking and the owner is rude - her defensiveness shows her inability to take accountability for her actions. Far more professional artists and studios out there.
I just had the most amazing and positive experience getting my first ink @capcitytattooco with artist Max Growick @max_tattoos. They were so patient, professional and welcoming and honored my inspirational artwork to the letter! I’m a better guy after meeting them!
Place looks clean. Spoke with the owner when I made an appointment, she was very helpful. My appointment isn't until next month, so I can't say anything about the quality of work. I just have a good feeling, and I've been to a lot of tattoo shops. I'll update my rating afterward. Update: Returned for the appointment, the work is really good!
