Amazing atmosphere, professional, friendly, just the best shop I’ve been to in Columbus & surrounding. Jess did my HCH and my micro-dermals on both sides of my cheekbones! She’s the sweetest, so gentle and considerate of the entire process and makes it so easy and eases any anxiety for me. Everyone front desk is so great as well, patient and informative. Really couldn’t ask for a better reputable piercing shop, 10/10 on all counts.

It’s hard to get into it being disabled and in the Victorian village but they made so much effort to make sure I was comfortable the guy that did was professional yet kind and understanding… I had my conch pierced and it honestly didn’t really hurt, I’ve had much worse! I was also impressed with how clean and sanitized everything was. From now on this is the only place I’ll go because it is worth the 1.5 hr drive!

I had a piercing that healed over the earring--the jewelry had been put in at another shop, but I didn't want to revisit that shop because of recent concerns that had been brought to light about the staff there, so I stopped by Piercology instead. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and immediately reassured me I was welcome there. Dylan, the owner, took care of me himself. He was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout what could have been a very challenging process. Dylan let me know what he was doing each step of the way, let me know what sensations might be challenging for me, and made a point to find common interests with me to keep me comfortable with him. I am so happy I chose to come to Piercology and I'm looking forward to coming back for my next piercing once my ear's all healed up!
