This place was the worst tattoo and piercing place I have ever been to! 1. No one to assist at the front desk on a busy weekend day at a mall 2. Almost no portfolios of artists available in the lobby 3. Almost no jewelry on display for customers to see. 4.Constant YouTube music playing on top of house music...so cacophony. 5. Literally every video in the selected Playlist featured op close barely clad breasts crotches and buttocks and many of them were on the verge of being soft core pornography. As there was no staff to manage the front desk, when the piercer did emerge she picked a random person to service ignoring another man who was before me and me both of whom were ahead of the person the piercer selected. 6. The annoying Zoltar fortune telling machine that has motion triggers it trying to sell whoever moved in front of it, a 5 dollar fortune telling. 7. They are under staffed 2 piercer and by the time we decided to take our business elsewhere there were perhaps 10 people waiting and several had already left the establishment after a long wait with no greeting, no seating, not even an organized line. We were excited to go to Charlotte for this service anticipating a big city would attract high quality. It was a huge disappointment. We will not be back+
I got a small ponyo line tattoo on my forearm. This was my first tattoo I had a pretty good experience. It wasn’t super complicated when I went in I got a tattoo at the same time as a family member their was more complicated but cost less then mine so I was confused about how the do their pricing. But over all it was good 👍🏽
This place is great. They took us as a walk-in to re-pierce my 5 year old daughter’s left ear after an accident a few months ago that ripped her earring out, slitting the hole. After healing, we decided to get it re-pierced and I’m glad we went to Black Cloud. The piercer was nice and gave me clear directions on what was needed as well as pricing. She was very sweet and gentle with my daughter and made sure to tell her everything she was doing to ease her fears.
