I met Jo almost three years ago through a random encounter with a random guy who is actually the face you see when you go to her office. I had tattoos all over my face that I horribly regretted, and looking in the mirror was a constant reminder of quite possibly the worst point of my life. Every single day, I relived some very traumatic life events simply by looking in the mirror. It got to the point where I refused to look at myself anymore because of the turmoil. Jo is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in my entire life, and today was my last and final appointment with her and I can’t help but feel sad because she has been a very major factor in changing my life. The way she makes you a priority, and makes it very evident that she is set on helping you solely just to help you is a great feeling. My entire family has grown to love and appreciate her and I wish there were words deserving enough to describe how much Jo has changed my life, for the rest of my life…but there aren’t. There is not a sentence I could ever form to express my gratitude for this woman. She is such a gift and I would sign off on recommending her services as if my life depended on it at any point and I am forever in her debt for the insanely positive impact her and her services have provided to my life. Thank you Jo! You’re the best!

She took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. While tattoo removal is naturally a painful process, Jo made it as easy and manageable as possible. The pricing is extremely fair, and I love that it directly supports someone in need. Overall, I had a fantastic visit and feel confident continuing my treatments.
