I won a tattoo raffle at Spinnys event and was initially thrilled! I ended up speaking with Donte. His vision for my cover-up was amazing, and the first session went well. I had to reschedule my 2nd session due to me getting Covid. Getting back on his calendar has been impossible. Despite multiple attempts to reschedule over several weeks, communication has been incredibly inconsistent. I even offered to push the 2nd appointment after October since I knew he was going to be a little bit more busier. He often takes days to reply, and by the time he confirms, the dates he had given me are not available anymore. I’ve even reached out to see if there was a misunderstanding, but I’ve been ignored for more than a week while he remains active on social media. It’s disappointing to be left with an unfinished piece and no path to get it completed. Donte stated he was not going to charge for continuing sessions when we were talking about reschedules after we finished the first appointment.
Jazmyne is the absolute best! She made sure I was super comfortable because I was so nervous about my first piercing and her customer service is phenomenal. It came out really cute and healed so perfectly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE COMING TO GET A PIERCING DONE BY HER! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
I got this tattoo on Black Friday last year & I'm still in love with it. Jaz definitely has my favorite artwork of all my tattoos & I thank her for bringing my idea to life. She doesn't know it but she's definitely got a new best friend because she will finishing my sleeves for me.
