One of the easiest and most fun things I've done in a long time. I popped in, not truly understanding the scheduling processes and requirements (my error). Mackenzie was there prepping for an upcoming appointment. I told her I wanted to just see how hard it would be to redo my second ear piercing. She very kindly looked and assessed how easy it would be. She had a few moments so sweetly helped me pick an earring stud, took me back, and I was there for a total of probably less than 15 plus minutes

Needed a ball for my sibling’s eyebrow piercing. My sibling was standing there, with their eyebrow piercing visibly missing the ball. Paid $13 for a ball and guided to the door. Not offered a mirror to try to put the ball on. Went back to car to use mirror and discovered that they gave us an internally-threaded ball for an externally-threaded piercing. Great. So we go back to the store to explain. Employee takes one look at my sibling’s piercing and says that they need an externally-threaded ball. We ask to exchange and she says that they don’t have externally-threaded balls. Great. We ask for a refund. She tells us that they don’t “do” refunds. Great. We spent $13 and half an hour wasted because we trusted the piercer to sell us the correct item.
