My favorite shop full of my favorite artists! While Atlanta has a lot of fantastic shops with talented and notorious artists, Renegade is by far the place that offers the most comfort and friendly connection when trusting someone to permanently modify your skin. The styles between each artist range through a wide spectrum from American traditional, neo-trad, realism, watercolor, geometric, Japanese, new-school, blackwork, tribal, and even trash polka! The artists of Renegade Tattoo all have their own flare and personality, the only difficulty when visiting is choosing who you want to do your ink 😁

Great shop! More importantly: a successful preservation of a network of the same great Atlanta tattoo artists, continuing to do fantastic work and pass down decades of wisdom and experience. Darby, Lauren, Mike, Mark, Kayla are all fantastic artists and wonderful people! Darby did a fantastic cover up, something I’ve never had to have done before because I was fortunate to be introduced to really knowledgeable Atlanta tattoo-artists as a teenager, who didn’t let me make bad decisions. So glad that that same network has stayed alive and well enough for me to be an adult who still makes mistakes. It was an impossible time to trust anyone with my body, but Darby Dust made me really grateful I did anyway. These guys definitely represent a real and authentic history of quality tattooing in ATL, and the legacies of other great Atlanta artists they’ve worked with, and that it’s not going anywhere! Darby’s efforts to keep that around are really important, and make this shop a true gem. Had no idea what I was getting myself into, and he gave me honest and blunt advice and answers. I came in indecisive and hesitant. Left with truly great work, regained trust and nostalgic respect, and a genuine cover up tattoo that was more well-executed than I could have imagined. Not just a great new shop in Glenwood, a successful effort to keep quality artists making quality work, and ensuring that that never changes as Atlanta keeps rapidly doing so. Day 1 into healing, and regretting only that I underestimated just how much time and effort would be put into turning my trashed leg into something so impressive and well done. These folks are the real deal!

Love this shop and everyone that works there! Everyone is very professional and incredibly talented. I’ve been tattooed by Darby, Mike, and Kayla and they always make sure that you’re comfortable and having a good time. Truly a great shop full of good vibes and great people. I would recommend anyone to get tattooed here!
