Mashroom Studios

This was my first tattoo, and I could not be more happy with my experience with Lily at Mashroom Studios! I am putting off unpacking my suitcase from my trip out to CO, so here is many more words that summarize to: go get your next tattoo here! I've been anxious about getting a tattoo for years and years but still didn't really know what I wanted. But at long last, I saw that goose on Lily's insta and knew I wanted a piece that includes it. Lily was extremely patient and receptive to my ramblings of a dozen ideas and helped me center on a few key elements I wanted to see in the piece. Over the coming weeks, Lily was timely and professional in our back and forth exchange over email while I sent reference pictures and had questions about the tattooing process. When she sent me her first draft, I was amazed by what she came up with! She was very intentional to make me feel comfortable to suggest edits or changes, but I only had small ones. When the day of the tattoo finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt in the studio. They displayed paintings and drawings from the studio's artists, laid out snacks and teas, and overall maintained a clean and welcoming space. Lily and I had a fun chat during the session, and she was an expert at anticipating and working around my involuntary leg twitches! Now that it's all said and done, I am in awe of the art that I get to carry around on my body. I can't wait for the chance to fly out and have my next piece done here :)

Trinh is so great! I will always love getting tattooed by her, she is an extremely talented artist and such a nice, chill person. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The studio (and other artists) are also wonderful, really really nice vibes and aesthetics, and everyone is so kind. I cannot recommend Mashroom enough, 15/10

I got a continuous line of abstract faces with Trinh. She was really sweet and I loved the design she came up with based off my inspiration. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the studio its was very relaxing and beautiful. Another tattoo artist there also said she’s usually not a fan of continuous line tattoos but mine looked amazing. I’m very happy with how my tattoo turned out
