Expo Piercing + Ink

I'm not happy with this a tattoo artist Kel, he stood me up, no communication what so ever. If he didn't want to tattoo me he literally could've said he didn't want to do it or didn't know how to do it or something. It would not have hurt my feelings. The agreement was the 23rd for February. I communicated I was on my way I was literally 8 mins away, and he read my message but didn't reply, Very unprofessional. Crazy feeling is I figured I'd give the benefit of the doubt, but he just may not show up at all. Crazy work. I noticed Iowa people in general is very flacky anyway..... but he came from NYC so he told "me " and I was like okay east coast maybe he'd be okay but turns out he's shiesty like the rest. I will Never recommend to come here to anyone in any kind of way shape or form. Not even my worst enemy and that's sad. Another artist I've spoken too I forgot her name, but she too act as though she didn't want to or something. I tip very high once the job is done to my liking. All I wanted was my scars covered or to at least be less noticeable that's all, I am not too picky like I swear!!!! It's too many people out here in this state of Iowa that are soo lazy, and doesn't want to make money, but whatever !!!!!!! someone else will do it, and will do a (much better) job than this place and will know how to communicate on a much better professional manner with me. I have no time to waist nor play games like that. Go play with C.O.D not with ME!!!

Casey is one of the most kindest piercer I’ve met. She helped pierce my nose and was so kind and gentle, talking to me the whole time to distract me from my nerves. She was done before the count of three and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. She did great on sanitizing everything and made sure I liked the outcome before I left. I definitely recommend her, she’s super sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back to get more piercings!

I went here October 2025 to get my first face piercing. At the time, I thought it was a trend to have the septum lower down, and didn't really think about it too much. Yes I paid for it, and I'm aware their are no refunds. But I'm never coming here again. The piercing was $60, and I don't remember the dude who pierced me, and like I said I didnt know at the time but he pierced on the SKIN of my nose, not on the inner part of my nose. I just recently tried to change it, and almost tore it. Please don't get your septum done here, go to pink elephant.
