I had the BEST experience at Ethereal Ink, and I can’t say enough good things about Makayla who did my belly button piercing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, calm, and confident about the whole process. She’s incredibly professional but also super kind and easy to talk to, which helped so much with my nerves. Makayla took the time to explain everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure the placement was absolutely perfect before doing anything. You can tell she really cares about her work and about her clients. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and honestly way less painful than I expected. Her technique is amazing. The studio was spotless and had such a welcoming vibe, which made the experience even better. Makayla also gave me very clear aftercare instructions and made sure I knew exactly how to take care of my piercing so it heals properly. I am OBSESSED with how my belly button piercing turned out—it’s perfect. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, especially a belly button piercing, I 100% recommend Makayla. Got my tragus pierced here today by Mikayla and had such a great experience. The staff was super professional, clean, and explained everything before starting so I felt really comfortable. Mikayla was gentle, quick, and made the whole process way less scary than I expected. The shop was spotless and had such a chill vibe. Absolutely love how it turned out. 10/10 recommend!
