I went here to get my almost 3 month old son ears pierced. I didn't want to go to just regular Claire's as I heard horror stories of others getting it done there. When I found out they had licensed nurses that does it I didn't hesitate and scheduled an appt online which was very convenient and easy. Upon arriving the store was super clean and nice. We had Nicole, she was very sweet and kind and she made the progress as easy and smooth as can be. She was very informative. She piercedmy son's ears done really quick with no hiccups. He was crying for a bit until I gave him a bottle and he forgot all about it. Thank you Nicole for making it so smooth for us 🥰 The Pricing was a bit high compared to other locations I got quotes on but because of how late and how convenient it was I chose to come here and it worked best with our time . They charge $35 for one earlobe and for two it's $50 and for jewelry pricing the minimum price is $50+ . I got my son the 14k gold silver earrings the smaller one since he's just a baby it was $80. I got the aftercare spray for $20 and it came with aftercare instructions. Petty simple and straight forward. All in all it was a great first experience to have with my babyboy. I highly recommend coming here as they do have licensed nurses ! Ask for Nicole ! She was a sweetheart. It was worth every dollar .

The staff at Rowan did an amazing job piercing my 6-year-old’s ears! My daughter was really nervous at first, but the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. They took the time to calm her down, explain everything, and made sure she felt comfortable before starting. Their professionalism and gentle approach made such a difference, and by the end my daughter was so proud of her new earrings. I’m so grateful for how supportive and patient they were—such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Rowan and the entire team.

Went in to this location to get a lobe piercing. Whole process was super easy and went smoothly. Nurse was very kind and explained every step of the process. 10/10 recommend!
