Hands down the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Chino is insanely talented, patient, and truly listens to what you want. I’ve had three tattoos done by him so far, all completely different vibes and the attention to detail, line work, and overall artistry are next level, even for my little simple tattoos. He’s professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The shop itself is clean, professional, and welcoming - great vibes from the moment you walk in. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. If you’re thinking about getting tattooed, this is the place and Chino is the artist. I’ll 100% be back.
Got one tattoo by Chino, he has such a light hand and great work that I now have a full arm sleeve all done by him. 10/10 would recommend. Not only is he friendly, but he also cares about his work. The staff is great, from the owner to each artist and receptionists. They always make it an enjoyable experience.
My wife and I were in town to drop off a load in El Paso and decided to get piercings for my upcoming birthday. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that “you get what you pay for.” We thought we were getting a good deal at a different shop, and the reviews were good, so we didn’t think twice, but it did not turn out well at all. After that experience, we came to Heritage Ink and Piercing, where Andrew immediately took the time to thoroughly examine my wife’s tongue. He noticed right away that the bar the other shop had put in was way too short. Without hesitation, Andrew got straight to work, custom-made a bar that actually fit her tongue properly, and changed it out for her. What really stood out to us is that this was not his work originally, yet he still took the time out of his day to fix it. He didn’t have to do that, and he didn’t ask for any additional money either. He genuinely cared about her safety and well-being, and that meant everything to us. On top of being incredibly professional, Andrew has a wonderful personality and had us laughing the entire time. It’s very hard to come across genuine people who truly give a damn these days, and Andrew is definitely one of them. We really, really, really appreciate him and highly recommend Heritage Ink and Piercing to anyone looking for professionalism, integrity, and real care. We will absolutely be back. Yours truly, 25 lol 🤣🤣
