Ironwood Tattoo

I recently got a koi tattoo from Billy, the apprentice at Ironwood Tattoo Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I sat down, Billy was professional, patient, and clearly passionate about his craft. He took the time to walk me through the design, explain his approach, and make sure every detail matched what I pictured. The tattoo itself turned out amazing! You can tell he put a lot of care into it, and the result shows. For an apprentice, Billy’s skill level is impressive, and his confidence and steady hand made the whole session comfortable. The shop had a great atmosphere as well, welcoming staff, clean setup, and a relaxed vibe that made the whole experience even better. If you’re considering getting work done at Ironwood, don’t hesitate to book with Billy. He’s got real talent, and I’m proud to have his koi piece on me. Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure with working with Billy! I chose one of the art on the wall and Billy tweaked it a bit to make it his own style. Billy did a amazing job with his lining and also did an incredible job with the coloring in and shading. It took two sessions and each time I went in felt like I wasn’t there for long due to his hospitality! He loves making small talk and making you feel comfortable the whole time. Good vibes from him and everyone else in the shop! Will be back to get more ink from this shop !!

Ironwood Tattoo is hands-down the place to go for a traditional Japanese tattoo — or honestly, any tattoo. The shop has an incredibly clean, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere where you’re immediately greeted with genuine hospitality. Everyone there radiates good energy, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. I got tattooed by Billy, and he absolutely killed it! His attention to detail, creativity, and passion for his craft really show in every line and shade. It’s clear that every artist at Ironwood takes their work seriously and pours their heart and soul into every piece they create. I can’t recommend Ironwood Tattoo and Billy enough. I’m beyond thrilled with my experience and already can’t wait to go back for my next piece!
