Incredible experience with Kass. I got my conch, helix, and second lobe done at a different studio and was left with incredibly swollen ears and was worried about embedding. Something felt very wrong and I panicked. I researched an APP piercer and booked an appointment since they were right by my work, same day. Kass was soooo attentive and knowledgeable, she calmed me right down and took a look and we found out that the jewelry I was pierced with wasn't compatible with the bars that were put into my cartilage piercings at the studio I had them done at. Turns out the gap that was left between the bar and jewelry was rubbing into my piercing. Kass changed out the jewelry and was SO patient and kind despite my obvious discomfort... My ears were so swollen and painful from improper placement but she made the experience that much better. She reassured me that, despite my conch being pierced at a weird angle, we would try to baby it through the healing process and salvage it. I even picked out a beautiful gold gemmed moon stud and left reassured that the jewelry was safe for my piercings to heal in. Made sure I understood that following up and downsizing was crucial to a speedier healing time. Cannot recommend this studio enough.

Margo is a very professional piercer and very knowledgeable on anatomy. I love that everything was clean and sterile!! Although I didn’t have the anatomy for a certain piercing she gave me an alternative that I loved! Beautiful jewelry too ☺️

Margo did my daith last week. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she is so knowledgeable not only about anatomy and piercings ,but also on safety and infection control. Answered all my questions like rapid fire. Would recommend 100%.
