Very professional my piercer was so good. She talked me through the whole process and the pain wasn't bad at all. Got my daith and conch done. This will be my forever go to place. I love my piercings.

Would never go back here based on customer service. The receptionist was extremely rude. Not sure what her name is but she has some sort of wolf cut and brown hair. She almost look annoyed that my daughter and I were there. My daughter just needed an easy ear piercing. The only reason I didn’t walk out at that moment is because my daughter was very excited and I didn’t want to ruin her birthday gift. I would never recommend going here and next time will look for a place that hopefully has friendly staff. While my daughter was getting her ear pierced my mother in law paid, once she was done we walked out and out of courtesy I asked if it had been paid already and again she looked annoyed to answer a simple question. Do not recommend.

All of the piercers here are super nice. I've had multiple piercings done here: navel, flat, helix, nipples, and nostril. It's been a 50/50 when it comes to how any of them healed. My helix rejected and I've had issues with my flat- although it seems to have healed fine. My nipples and nostril piercing gave me no issues and healing was a breeze. My naval rejected almost immediately. I've waited about a year to get it re-pierced. I went to another shop & they said that my naval bridge wasn't even pierced, that it was closer to piercing my actual stomach than anything. The recent piercer also sat me down and mapped out the piercing that way to see how it would lay- which I did not have done here at Pin Cushion. Like I said, the piercers here are super friendly and I feel very comfortable there since it's an all women's piercing shop. It is very hit or miss and I believe it just has to do with the piercer you get. After meeting my last piercer I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this shop.
