I had a great experience here. He was very professional leading up to the day of the appt. He went over the process in detail with me. He made me feel comfortable. And he stayed within the timeframe he provided me. I am so happy with my new coverup. I am glad I went here. I would recommend Scoop Da Tat Man to anyone looking for a new tat or coverup.
My first tattoo! Scoop was able to get me out the way in no time. With all this Covid stuff going on, the process was so smooth and clean. Everything fresh out of sterilized packaging.
