TattManPolo is the truth! This guy does incredible work and is creative beyond this world. If you haven’t gotten a tattoo done by him yet, I don’t know what you are doing with your life! This guy and all the tattoo artists at this shop are professional and care about giving you the best tattoo piece you will find in the DMV. Check em out!
best price for my half sleeve, takes his time and is very detailed with his work. he’s super layed back and makes you feel welcomed. i recommend anyone in the dmv area to @tattmanpolo.
