If you have sensitive skin and are allergic to any heavy metals, do not get pierced here. I let them know I’m allergic to certain metals, they gave me jewelry that made me itchy, and wouldn’t own up to their mistake. I got 2 piercings. 1 of them was fine, the other gave me an allergic reaction. My piercer (Ashley? I don’t remember, she’s a white woman) put the blame on me, saying it was just irritated. I had 12 piercings at one point. Never has any piercing become itchy due to irritation. It was unmistakably an allergic reaction. She insisted it couldn’t be because they use “surgical grade” steel. Steel has nickel, a common allergen, one that I happen to be allergic to. Unfortunately there are a lot of mediocre piercers. No one here is an APP member, but even APP members make mistakes. They didn’t even consider that they were wrong. That’s not a good sign. And a complete waste of my money.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at this shop! I got a tattoo from Lev and he was beyond patient with me, answered each question I had in depth, and paid great attention to the detail of the tattoo! It's definitely scary going to an artist I don't know and I'm beyond grateful that I walked into this shop because with Lev - you will be in the best of hands! I hadn't gotten any piercings but the piercer - I believe Ashley - was extremely kind and welcoming! The whole studio has such great vibes!

Got my first-ever tattoo here and I’m SO glad I chose this place. I was super nervous and did a lot of research beforehand, but the whole experience was smooth and easy. The owner (who did my tattoo) was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the shop felt really safe and calming — especially important for someone as anxious as me 😅 I’m beyond happy with how it turned out!
