Had my daughter’s ears pierced 4 years ago by Heather and she was so kind and patient as my daughter was super nervous! Three years ago, we moved out of state and returned this week for a quick vacation…my daughter said she ONLY trusted Heather to pierce her ears for a second piercing. As the owner and operating several locations, I wasn’t sure Heather would be available to pierce my daughter’s ears. However, I was able to get ahold of Heather and she worked with me to find a time that would work out! She was just as kind and friendly as 4 years ago, despite all of her success. 10/10 recommend Modern Mods and wish Heather Moss and her team all the success in the world! My daughter loves her additional piercings!

I have had numerous piercings done at this location, specifically by Stevie, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She consistently provides exceptional customer service and truly goes above and beyond. She takes her time to make sure I completely understand how to care for my piercings and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Not only is Stevie incredible, but the entire staff is absolutely amazing! Heather, the team you have at all of your locations is truly top-tier. They are professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service these days, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. I had my nose and septum pierced by Stevie, and the experience was amazing from start to finish! She was incredibly professional and very kind, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Stevie took the time to explain the entire process in detail and made sure I fully understood the jewelry options and aftercare before we started. Her knowledge and patience really stood out.
