Customer service here is amazing. I am on the east coast, and I had the opportunity to jump on a tattoo session, but I have nerve damage throughout my body from deployments while being in the Army. So, I wanted to get some cream and spray I have used in the past. No where could get it to me fast enough. I called Needle Supply, and they were so helpful got the shipment out to me same day and it arrive the day before my appointment. They really did me a solid and I appreciate it. Will shop with them in the future.

Have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company at least 50k on the past 10 years and they couldn’t even send me a replacement power supply they charged $400 for. To top it off the customer service rep hung up on me. Sorry to say but I won’t be buying from needle supply anymore. Rude as hell don’t buy
