There is no professionalism here. There is a “shop fee” when you walk in, payment must be sent promptly. The person who did my piercing kept touching his crusty phone and then touching the already “sanitized” jewelry and tools, ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Pretty sure my piercing site was cleaned with saline… this whole place is sketchy. First and LAST encounter.

To start off the person I booked with didn’t even do my tattoo due to overbooking. Communication was way off. Someone else offered to do my tattoo which I let him do it and throughout the whole service he was on his phone distracted leaving in the middle of the service . Touching his phone throughout the whole service. Rushed service due when money was paid up front . Then proceeds to not even provide the finished service . Tattoo half way done and not even complete but both parties still got paid and even paid a shop free when service wasn’t complete. Environment highly unprofessional due to the fact that I live 3hrs away and this was a birthday gift .I Don’t recommend this shop at all don’t waste your money or your time. Messages in comments to show proof as well. Don’t waste your time . Whole shop money hungry and to reiterate I never wanted a refund just complete product or a partial refund if ima pay $375 for something that was never done.

I got a huge thigh piece by Danii and I am in love! Definitely a whole vibe, personality, her room is comfortable, the shop has so much character. She is definitely a cool person and amazing artist. Especially considering I sent her a phone doodle (pictured) and she did the thing (finished product)! Shout out for not getting mad at me for falling asleep and twitching 🤣
